My Consilient       Generics       How to Order?       Ordering Products from Consilient - Customer Guide Ordering Products from Consilient Health Online is very straight forward. However if you are new to the Consilient Health Portal you should find this guide a help to get you started. Becoming an Approved Customer To become an Approved Customer you must first register with Consilient. Once you have submitted your registration we will contact you shortly after. Ordering Your Products Online The Consilient Health Online Ordering System is the most convenient way for you to order products from Consilient Health. It allows you to order product anytime 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Login to the Consilient Portal On the upper right hand side of the home page of the website you will see a place to enter your email address and password (pwd). Having entered these details you click on the red "login" button to enter the Consilient portal. You will be brought to your personal area on the Portal (My Consilient). If you have forgotten your password click on the "forgotten password" button to have your password sent to your by email. If you have not yet been provided with a login by Consilient and have not registered to become a Consilient wholesaler, please click on the "register with consilient" button. Here you will find a form where you can apply for a Consilient Account online. If you encounter problems not already covered please email support@consilienthealth.com for assistance. Selecting Products and Quantities From the My Consilient page you can search for the products you wish to order. When you click on the "search" button you will be presented with a list of the products that match your search criteria. To add any of these products to your order, enter the quantity you require and click on the "+ add this item to your order" button. This product list will then automatically refresh and you may add further items from this list to your order. Alternatively you may wish to search for a different product not displayed in the current list. When you have finished adding products to your order you can process this order or log out and complete the order at some other point. Processing Your Order If you wish to edit your order or submit your order to Consilient click on the "process order" button. The order page gives you the option to change product quantities or to remove items from the order. You may search for further products to add to your order. Once you are happy with your order click the "process order now" button. Confirm Order Details Once your click the "process order now" button the final step in placing your order is to review the order and delivery details page. If you have a purchase order number you can insert it on this page along with any special delivery instructions. You should read and confirm your acceptance of Consilient's terms and conditions before you click on the "submit order" button. Note: you cannot change the delivery address for your order on this page. For security reasons you must contact Consilient Customer Service if you wish to make any changes to your customer details (email: support@consilienthealth.com ). Order Confirmation When you have submitted an order to Consilient you should receive a confirmation email providing details of the order for your records. The order will be fulfilled and despatched through our Logistics Partner.
