Consilient Health Limited announced that the shareholders of Consilient Health have sold 100% control of OC Distributors Ltd, an Ireland based company holding the marketing and distribution rights for a number of women’s healthcare products to Gedeon Richter plc. The transaction values the company at GBP 32.5 million.
Luke joined Consilient Health in 2005 in a non-executive capacity before taking up the role of Executive Vice Chairman. He was appointed as Chief Executive in May 2022.
