Our sustainability approach is integral to our business strategy.
Our sustainability approach is a core component of our business strategy. By engaging with both internal and external stakeholders and incorporating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors into our decision-making processes,
we aim to enhance long-term company value. Additionally, by attracting and retaining top-tier talent, we are committed to building on our strong reputation and positioning ourselves as leaders within the SME segment of the market.
For sustainability to be effectively integrated into our business strategy, it must encompass how we care for our people, ensure the competitiveness of our business, and act responsibly in all our decisions and actions.
People’s health is at the heart of our business. We are supporting the wellbeing of our employees and the local communities where we work.
A responsible business refers to our commitment to making business decisions that will contribute to the creation of a better world.
To build a healthy business, we are finding new, sustainable ways of doing things while sharing our goals and progress.
To successfully integrate sustainability into our business’s strategy, it must address how we look after our people, our business, how we are competitive, and how we can be responsible in our actions.
VIEW CURRENT REPORTThe latest climate science from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) – described by the United Nations (UN) as “code red for humanity” – shows the urgency for action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to limit global temperature rise to 1.5°C. Consilient Health recognises the importance of rapid and deep emission cuts and our own responsibility as a business.
Consilient Health is proud to have set its science-based target to reduce greenhouse emissions. The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) is a collaboration between CDP, the United Nations Global Compact, World Resources Institute (WRI) and the Worldwide Fund for Nature (WWF). The SBTi defines and promotes best practice in science-based target setting and independently assesses companies’ targets, which are published on their website.
